At PHE'ELLE CASUAL, many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities and exclusive releases.
For this reason, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges may be available depending on product availability and approval. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Custom, made-to-order, VIP, and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
PHE'ELLE CASUAL reserves the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet these conditions.
